Meet Your Teacher -
Former Team Rider Antonia Arl 

My name is  Antonia Arl, a former professional dressage rider, Belgian champion, and European Championship team rider. I spent over 10 years competing at the highest level of the sport.

During that career I watched riders - including myself - invest everything into their horses and almost nothing into their own bodies. The tension, the bracing, the breath held before a test. Nobody was addressing it. There was no program built specifically for the equestrian athlete's body. So I built one.

​Everything in The Redefined Equestrian comes from that experience - from the inside of the sport, not from the outside looking in.​​​

I am loving my training with Antonia, a Championship rider herself. There is no more rigid part of my body, I always had to focus on my shoulders, opening my chest and dropping my elbows but I am seeing that my riding has completely changed.
