I never thought I would be into Yoga classes, nothing about it spoke to me. I became curious about Antonia’s program because she is a dressage rider herself, and had been in the top sport for many years, so she knows first hand all the physical and mental challenges that a rider goes through. I was instantly hooked after the first session together, my body felt completely relaxed and open in a new way. The next day my riding was so different, I was able to sit deeper (without even thinking about it or trying hard). One thing that stands out the most about her classes is the way she is able to guide you into a better head space. Clearer, more open, and with less distractions. My mind has been quieter, I am able to find peace through my breath. I appreciate how invested she is in making a big difference with her program. Also her classes are so clear to follow, and she has a lovely way of conveying her message, it’s positive and inviting. I am excited to keep exploring this new chapter with her guidance.
